Can't connect ONN ear buds

I just got this phone so I'm trying to pair my ONN. Ear buds too my Bluetooth and it doesn't show up? They worked fine with my s10+, do I need a special set for this phone?

Can you update the buds through the manufacturer or through its app?

If you can and that does not work, do this... Open Settings/General management/Reset/Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Then hit reset button. Then try pairing them again.

Note, this will clear out all Bluetooth devices paired to your device and you will need to login again to your WiFi networks.

Turn on bluetooth, turn on discoverable devices, tap on onn in the list. When paired successfully ear buds status will change to connected.
