When I try to purchase the $10 a month insurance from Samsung, it won't accept my payment method, I try Samsung pay and it comes back with an error and using my debit card doesn't work either, it does nothing when I press buy/next it just stays on the same screen. Anyone else having issues buying insurance through Samsung?

Welcome to the Samsung Community, a peer-to-peer forum where Samsung users attempt to assist other Samsung users with their Samsung products and devices.

Even if someone were to respond to your question, I fail to see how it would allow you to purchase insurance through Samsung.

Please contact Samsung directly via the Support tab in this app under Quick Help.

Also, you may wish to consider purchasing mobile phone insurance from your carrier, which may provide better rates and coverage as a you are already a client of theirs.

I just called the Care+ team. There is an issue on their end. It has been out since Monday. I now have a ticket number so if it doesn't get resolved in the 38 days I have left, it will get extended.

Unbelievable that it has been an issue for almost a week!

Wow that's good to know its not just me! Thanks for letting me know. I'll have to call and get put on the list in case it doesn't get resolved in the 38 days

If it takes much longer I might have to go with Akko insurance for the same price. $10 a month

Most major telecom companies (AT&T, Verizon, and Samsung) that I know use Asurion to write their user's policies. You may want to check them out and see if you can't get covered by them directly.

Yes, it is a peer to peer forum.
I addressed their concern with what I did considering I had the same exact issue. Samsung Care+ has been down since Monday for purchasing for S25 series.
