Does Samsung Even Offer Replacement Devices?

I ordered the S25 Ultra and unfortunately I noticed an issue with the screen. A minor defect where the screen was actually concave very slightly and in just a small area. I contacted the customer support and they offered me a bigger discount to keep the device. I've been a long time Samsung customer and this seems very unusual. Also they never offered to replace it. I ended up just sending it back. I'm wondering if anyone else has more experience with this and if this is normal? My purchase included a trade in for my ZFold6 but I wasn't going to send them a flawless device for the S25 Ultra with a screen defect no matter how minor it was. I might be a little crazy to be trading in my ZFold anyway but those deals make it hard not to take them up on it. For what little time I had the S25 Ultra it seemed like a really nice device.

Sorry but the process is if there’s a issue with your device when you receive it you have to start a return and then re order they don’t offer replacements

Good to know. Thanks for the information. It would be nice to get a replacement so you can preserve the incentives and preorder deals but I guess they have their reasons for not doing that.

Yeah it would be nice if they had the option of return or replacement but for some reason that's never been a option
