Finger print not working

Recently I got my new s25u but whenever I try to unlock it with my finger print and it's not working so I would like to know how to solve the issue

Yeah i am using a screen protector and I registered the fingerprint before I put the screen protector on

When using screen protectors it best to delete the prints, put the protector on, while 20 minutes to let it cure in the fingerprint area then set them up.
