Since I have my s25 ultra do you have to activate Gemini advanced or does the six month trial start as soon as you activate your phone

Open Gemini > click your profile icon in the top right > there should be an option for advanced and it shows the trial

When you have your s25 device go to the Google One app and you should see the 6 month trial there. They should tell you this. I was looking at Gemini settings and Google account settings, samsung apps.. everywhere.. finally found out from Google gemini support team.

To activate - open the Google One app. You'll see a screen pop up before it takes you to the normal page. You'll need to add payment info for after the 6 months is up.

Pro tip - the trial does also upgrade your storage so keep that mind if you plan to cancel later.

Samsung and Google made this way to difficult to find. I looked at the shop Samsung app, Samsung store, Google play, Google account, finally reached out to gemini support and it's easy if you know how.
