Galaxy S25Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S25, S25+ or S25 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.
This thread is for Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra pre-orders!
Usually, we try to include the following information:
- Date ordered:
- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):
- Unlocked or Carrier variant:
- Model, storage capacity, Color:
- Did you trade-In:
- Estimated delivery date:
Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Galaxy S25Can someone explain (and/or provide some reasoning)...?
I've been on the fence about pre-ordering the S25 Ultra. Even going as far as getting to the payment page, but not pulling the trigger to pre-order. My choice was Jade Green, and never an issue.
So last night, I went to actually place the order and guess what...? The green was suddenly unavailable and out-of-stock!! Now, the big question here is, how can something that hasn't even been made yet be out-of-stock?
I initiated chat with an "Expert", and after an hour, I got nowhere trying to get the question answered. They simply kept saying, "I suggest you order another color." They were also not able to apply offer discounts (military), reserve credits, or first-time ordering through the Shop App bonus. What a waste of time.
In the end, I went offline and ordered the Jet Black 512k. I should have just pulled the plug on my Samsung Ecosystem and gone with another manufacturer, which is still an open option.
Prior experience with this community forum suggests Samsung doesn't like criticism, and they pull such posts. We'll see if this survives...
