Samsung loves to marked these threads solved when they aren't. That's my comment that is marked "solved", but the problem isn't solved! The only thing that's solved is how to let Samsung know that there is a problem. I'm hoping this problem can be really solved soon.
Same problem here. Also have done the cache clear, reinstall process. This morning, I did get a login prompt for the game for the first time, and while that worked, the game itself was still blacked out.
I've also tried changing settings and permissions in Game Booster to no avail.
I can confirm as well that I hear sound effects if I randomly tap the screen, so I agree it's likely a rendering issue.
