I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25look for Device Admin Apps under Settings/ Security and Privacy. then choose the app that you want to enable. this option tends to hide under the Security and Privacy so do a search. once you activate the Company Portal or whichever you're using, then it's fairly clear how to refresh your connection to your company's e mails. I had to refresh my settings with my company, but that went very well once i enabled Company Portal. hope this helps all.

Galaxy S25After many attempts and after trying all possible settings from this forum, the work profile started to work without me making any change after soft reset . Probably Samsung made some update (phone location Belgium) .

Galaxy S25Hi there, I'm an IT technician that just figured out the issue. It's a combination of failure to register properly with Microsoft Entra ID and the "Auto-Blocking" setting in the Samsung S25 Ultra's security settings. If you fail to register before turning this setting off, you will fail to register until the device is deleted in Azure. If you turn off the Auto-Blocking setting beforehand, then you should be able to register the device with the environment without issue like earlier models. For context, we're in a GCCH environment and use personal phones for MFA and mobile M365 apps.
Good luck!

Galaxy S25This was resolved at some point - can't speak for GCC high - but last Wednesday my profile finished setting up.
