I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.
Was able to log in finally on unlocked S25 Ultra in US. Instead of trying to initiate through the Intune app directly I installed Authenticator first and added my company account on the authenticator first. Then I launched the native Outlook app and attempt to authenticate there. This should trigger the profile creation on Intune assuming you already had this installed on your phone and it should create the work profile. For some reason the direct triggering to create the profile directly from the InTune app is not working. But seems to be working if you trigger it from the Play store Outlook app
Also working in US for me today. Didn't update or do anything different, just used unlocked S25U and ran the Intune app just like before and it's working now.
