Post OneUI 8.5 Upgrade / Video Call Issue.

After the OneUI 8.5 upgrade, video chat with another android phone (even another Samsung phone with oneUI 8.5) fails. It keeps saying "video declined". If the other phone tries the same, they get a "video declined" error as well. This seems to work fine before the upgrade as I would make routine video call.

Just a side note, video calls through google Meet do still work however.

Please submit feedback in the support section of the members app. You are not the only AT&T customer with this issue. Try to replicate the issue and report it within 15 minutes of occurrence. Take screenshots and upload them with your error report. Do not close the members app while logs are being collected.

Spoke with AT&T yesterday it is a known issue with Samsung and AT&T & the problem is being investigated. I get you and the frustration. For now my family has just started using meet until it gets fixed but AT&T said Samsung will fix it.

User Action: The recipient tapped the decline button or sent a custom quick response message.

"Do Not Disturb" or Focus Mode: The recipient has set their device to block incoming calls, which can prevent notifications.

App Settings/Permissions: In apps like Messenger or WhatsApp, denied calls can result from missing camera/microphone permissions.

System Issues/Bug: A known issue in Google Meet or Messenger might cause calls to fail or ring on other devices
