Quick panel not working

My mom has the s25 plus look quick panel is not clear like it normally is it's just black Don't have dark mode enabled or any of that I was wondering if there's anyone that has been having the same issue or could help me fix it

I just want to get rid of the dark stuff because she said she wants to return notifications better

As I don't have the S25 myself, I do know that Samsung makes an app called Good Lock that can be downloaded from the Galaxy Store. Within it, there's another app called QuickStar that, I believe, would allow you to customize the color and possibly the opacity of the backdrop when that Quick Settings menu is pulled down. If not that app, then you could also try Home Up inside of Good Lock as well. Hope that helps.
