I have the same problem too. Only when I watch YouTube or videos, the device takes a random screenshot. This is really ridiculous for an expensive phone from a company with a long history in the mobile phone industry. This is disappointing. The funny thing is also when I try to take a screenshot by tapping the back of the phone, it often doesn't work, and the phone takes a random screenshot while watching the video. The problem is with the speaker volume. Is it possible that a company like Samsung didn't consider this possibility when they designed the phone? Unfortunately, Chinese companies have become significantly superior to Samsung, and Samsung is following the path of Nokia, BlackBerry, and companies that no longer have a place in the market.
Note, I lowered the tap sensitivity, and the issue still exists and the phone takes random screenshots.
