S 25 ultra pen broke when dropped

Well, the s pen on the s 25 ultra is **bleep**. I dropped my phone on my bathroom floor, the pen came out and broke in half. I got in touch with support and they told me this wasn't covered and I would have to purchase a new pen. Wow! Just like that? The phone isn't even a month old yet. And I have to purchase a new pen. I don't feel that's right..Smh. they downgraded the s pen for a cheaper version..so be careful.

Sorry this happened to you but damage caused by dropping your device is never covered under warranty its considered accident damage and you would need to purchase a replacement pen
