Galaxy S25
I traded in my s23 ultra for the s25 ultra and I'm a little disappointed. The screen isn't as bright as the colors seem to be a bit muted. Also there's the s pen issue. I'm thinking about downgrading to the s24 ultra. Would Samsung accept a trade in of an s25 ultra for an s24 ultra?

Unless Samsung has changed something recently, I have never been able to figure out a way to trade for an older model or for a different model in the same series (S25+ for S25 Ultra for example).
The slightly muted colors is a result of the brilliant anti-reflective display. Having had an S24, would you even get the difference you are seeking there? If not, the Spen seems like it would be the major difference.
If you really wanted to go that route, maybe a carrier would do a trade allowance for you?

Did you buy the phone knowing about the removal of Bluetooth functionality?
The muted screen is a very easy fix in 2 ways:
1. Settings->djsplay->screen mode->turn on vivid->advanced sttings->play with slider.
2. Buy a clear glass screen protector, and you will get your glossy screen back.
Make sure eye comfort shield and adaptive color tone are not toggled on.
Personally, I love the anti-glare screen, especially outside on a sunny day. It's game changing.

Just try to raise the Vividness at screen colors settings, it's true they are a little plain/bored by default
