Did you transfer watch to new phone.

I reset my watch and then I was able to connect it

I got the new watch 7 ultra and s25 ultra and the watch is not receiving alerts from the phone. I did a watch reset and no luck. I have Bluetooth enabled on both, watch had a Sim installed as well.
