Galaxy S25
Yesterday I signed up for Samsung Care Plus with theft. I decided to downgrade the service to basic Samsung Care Plus. I keep getting notifications to sign up for Knox Guard (required for the Samsung Care Plus theft plan not the regular plan) and then Knox Guard failing. I do not want this.
How do I remove this?

They said that the Knox service was never activated for theft on my end so there was not a reason for it to be happening

I believe Knox Guard is required for Care+ with theft. I do not think there is a way around it. This was the case couple years ago.
