Upon purchasing my Galaxy S25 Ultra, I distinctly recall acquiring Samsung Care+ with loss and theft coverage. Given my history of misplacing items, this protection was a priority. However, my current policy documentation only lists Samsung Care+; loss and theft coverage is absent. I have been unable to locate this coverage information, even on the Samsung Care+ website, despite checking my warranty details. This discrepancy is causing considerable confusion.

Hmm, not good. I'll start off by saying that I went directly to my Samsung account and tried going through the process of purchasing their care plan. But on my page, it has a plan banner that when clicked on, it shows this and it was not there two days ago when I went there.

Anyway, this is my about phone, so something is off either way... Call SC and tell them about the example I provided.

My Samsung Care+ plan covers loss and theft; however, the Samsung Care+ website login omits explicit mention of this coverage. The website currently displays only general Samsung Care+ information (see attached image), resulting in ambiguity. This requires immediate rectification.
