Samsung, once known for its innovation and loyalty to its customers, has fallen into the same trap as Apple: forcing users to upgrade their devices. With the release of the Galaxy S25, a new update is making older models obsolete, slowing down systems, and limiting key features. What was once a company that cared about its users has now become just another corporation that prioritizes sales over user experience. Are we witnessing the end of the Samsung we once knew?

@DonMarcos007 We have many different Samsung models in our household. There is no conspiracy to limit performance on older models.

Aww. They're just sore that older devices don't get some features of an update that the phones are not built for.

It bothers me at all. I have the ultra s24 and every year changed my phones to the newest version of the brand. But this year Samsung has disappointed its users, showing that they have stopped caring about them. Isa update that delays why they want, without any reason. Just to boost the sale of your s25. šŸ¤·ā€:male_sign:šŸ¤¦ā€:male_sign:

With all due respect, poppycock.

The delay for Ui7 is not all on Samsung, Google is heavily involved too. They have been working on this update for years. Google right now can't handle 10s of millions of devices to be turned on overnight.
How do I know this, one of my customers works for Google and he said they are having a bit of an issue getting ready.

I have from TV, refrigerator, etc. from Samsung. to others that change every year all the phones of the high range of Samsung of my family. But this year Samsung has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I have the Galaxy s24 ultra and I do not think I will change the s25, since I am disappointed with Samsung, as do many users. This is what a company like Samsung gets, when it stops prioritizing its users.

You should probably wait until the update is actually released before complaining about slowdowns that may or may not be real
