Galaxy S25I have a 2024 BMW X5. I was using an old iPhone with it as my primary digital key. I just bought a Galaxy S25. I have tried several times to replace the existing smartphone with the new one as a digital key. The process reports that it was unable to create a card in the wallet. I removed the old phone from the BMW app and tried to create a new connection. The same error code appeared.
I have checked my settings. I have strong internet connectivity with data, I have enabled all permissions on the wallet and I see nothing in any pf the literature or online searches that I should need to do to get around this.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Galaxy S25Click and hold on the app, then click on the small circle on the top right of the popup to go to the app's properties. Scroll down, click on storage, and clear both cache and data. If that does not work, do that again and then uninstall then reinstall the app.

Galaxy S25Hello Tom068!
Thank you for taking the time to reply and offer advice. I really appreciate you trying to help me. So, following your recommendations I am closer to success.
I cleared the cache and the memory and tried again. That didn't work. I cleared the cache and the memory, uninstalled and then reinstalled wallet. This got me further along in the process. The new hurdle is a 'network error' when I had to log into wallet to set up the digital
After I start the pairing process the phone asks for my credentials to log into Samsung wallet. I enter my user name and my password and then it returns a message saying 'network error.' It is my assumption that this means there is some issue with me connecting to Samsung from my phone. I am stumped because my phone had full network connectivity before and after the failure to log into wallet. I still had a robust 5G connection to the cell network (I was able to uninstall and reinstall wallet from the Play Store over it no problem). I also was able to get to other web pages.
I am hoping you (or some other good Samaritan) can offer advice on what the network error might be.
Thank you in advance.
Tom

Galaxy S25Yes, thanks. That turns out to be out of date. It came from when updated Android versions were just being released for some vehicle (older model years of mine). I appreciate yo going the extra mile.
