Galaxy S25My Samsung S25 rear camera cannot focus properly objects and the photos are blurry.
I have already updated the software to the latest march patch. Same issue...
From the Samsung Service Center they say that it cannot go to Warranty because there is a little external scratch outside of the camera.
I think the issue is not related to that scratch but rather a Samsung Failure. I've read many comments from people having the same issue.
How can i proceed? It's very frustrating.

Galaxy S25@cassatek Right, that is better for the cleaning part, but the original post says "front camera". The image shown only shows the rear cameras. What does the front camera look like"

Galaxy S25No biggie, I just want to make sure. Well, considering the the bad nicks on the middle camera ring and smaller ones on the upper one, whatever hit the phone took may have loosened or broke the auto-focus/overall focus functions. To check that, open the camera in the affected phone, then go to Pro-mode. Go to any object to take a shot and if is does not auto-focus, try using the manual focus (it is will be shown as "MF" in the sliding options just above the camera button).
Now if it can manually focus and take a good shot, that would imply the auto-focus is damaged. If it does not at all, that would suggest the focus function overall is damaged. The only other two suggestions I have is too totally reset the phone, then try using auto and manual these methods again. If that does not work, then it will need to be repaired, which in doing as will reset the phone anyway.
Having said that, I do not know if the auto-focus feature is a separate function from manual and can be replaced individually, as if another part can be used to fix that instead of having to fix the whole module.

Galaxy S25Thanks for the reply.
I tried with the ProMode but the focus doesn't seem to work properly. Neither manual nor automatic.
