I have dropped many Spens in my day and never has one broken, until now that is. I dropped my phone about 3 feet on to a rubber mat the pen popped out and hit the edge of a shelf. Unbelievable!

It's a hunk of junk!

Not thinner, weighs .1 gram less. Yep, I weighed them. S24u weighed 3.1 grams, S25u weighed 3.0 grams. It does feel like really cheap plastic compared to others though!

This is the 2nd or 3rd post I have seen about this. I'm certain just removing the S-Pen may cause some issue. Sadly, I haven't seen any resolution on the matter besides just buying a new one. Is it really a downgrade from the S24 Ultra S-Pen?

Since my boss dropped it, he is paying luckily. Just order it. I didn't use the bluetooth, just the pen. I have been using my watch for camera control in the rare instance that I need it.

Since he's at fault, that's the only logical thing to do. You think a bad batch may have been executed? I'm going to test out our demo phones S-Pen at work (both s24 & s25 ultra) to see. I have a Samsung Rep I can reach out to, if necessary.
