There are multiple problems, but the one that stands out is that pop-up notifications show old notifications instead of the most recent ones. This happens for WhatsApp and Gmail. I sort notifications by time.
I am pretty sure this problem did not show on S24 with OneUI 6.1
I haven't had experience with the S25 Ultra, but it may be that notifications are set to priority instead of time. Heres how to set it to sort by timed:
Settings>Notifications>Sort Notifications> By time
Alternatively, if it is repeating old ones, you can try:
I don't have an S25, but I kept my S10 as a backup when I got a new phone. I keep it off. I have noticed that when I turn it on, a host of old messages crop up, as if catching up to what I may have missed. That may be what's happening here. You have a new phone and turned it on and there is no record on that phone of you having received those messages (the new phone doesn't know you saw them on your old phone), so they show up.
