Following the recent purchase of an S25 Ultra, a discrepancy has emerged in the trade-in process, despite my two decades of loyalty to Samsung. My S24 Ultra trade-in, intended to secure a $900 discount, was incorrectly documented as an S23 5G trade-in, resulting in an additional $400 charge. This is inaccurate; I am certain of the device I returned. Despite escalating this matter with customer service, my requests for verification of the IMEI number of the purported trade-in device remain unanswered. This situation is unacceptable and demands immediate rectification. What course of action should I pursue?
