When shooting video using 5x zoom or greater, the shot will not stabilize no matter how still I hold the phone. It seems to only happen when shooting video at 5x or greater on the telephoto 115mm lens. Anyone else seeing this? I'm getting really tired of Samsung releasing phones, particularly the S24 and S25 Ultras with buggy cameras. Also, the processing of pics shot at 200mp is not good. The S24 Ultra had the same issues. Not sure why Samsung insists on processing photos.

Is "Video stabilization" enabled in the camera settings?

I have the same issue and turning stabilization off actually makes the video appear less shaky. I think stabilization is not working properly above 5x zoom.

OK, touch and hold the camera icon until you get an applet popup. On the top right of the applet, click on the small circle with an "i" in it. Then click on storage and clear both the cache and data. This will reset the camera and you will have to put back in your personalized setup as if it were brand new. See if that helps.

No, in fact I just shot a video earlier of really heavy snow coming down and I zoomed in as much as 7x without any stabilization issues. Anyway, go to the settings again and scroll down and choose "Reset settings".

Kinda weird. When you're recording and move the phone it also seems to stutter a little.

Are you recording in HVEC capture mode? I really took a look at my video and yes, I see minor stutter, but very little and zooming in above 5x is getting the camera to capture more distance in a higher resolution, so there are limits. I have not recorded yet in H.264, but you can try and then see if there are changes. HVEC requires more processing power for the videos.
