I am facing an issue with my brand-new S25 Ultra, as it is not recognizing the physical SIM card and only displays 'Emergency Calls Only.' I have tried all the troubleshooting methods available online, but the problem persists. I previously used the same SIM card in my S24 Ultra without any issues, so I am confident the SIM itself is functional. Given the significant investment in this device, I am extremely disappointed to encounter such a problem. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Is it unlocked? When transferring it should give option for esim. Easy peasy!

It's unlocked. When I use the eSIM, it works fine, but when I insert my physical SIM, it is not recognized by my S25 Ultra.

I have this very same problem on my A15 . T-MOBILE says it's a Samsung software issue

A few of us have had similar issues with the s25 ultra. In my case, the sim would work for a while, then between 12 and 24 hours, the No SIM message would appear. Like you, thea SIM worked in other phones, and other Sims worked in the s25. I got a replacement sim that they activated for the IMEI and that seems to have worked

I tried getting a replacement SIM and had it activated for the IMEI, but unfortunately, the new SIM is still not recognized by my S25 Ultra. The eSIM works perfectly, but the physical SIM just doesn't get detected.

Could be issue with the Sim reader on the Sim card I have seen some have issues with esims also

For me, my eSIM is working perfectly fine. I am experiencing this problem only with the physical SIM. I think this issue might be due to a software problem or a faulty SIM card reader. I have submitted a request to return my S25 Ultra. I spent a lot of money on this phone, but my experience with it has not been good. Now, I will switch to an iPhone.
