How to get rid of this notice on my lockscreen. 

Don't know what to do.

You have to unlock your phone that won’t go away until you unlock it.  It’s telling you that you won’t get notifications until you unlock it

Looks like may of been a auto restart or schedule restart

Enter your pin or password to unlock your phone. Device care most likely restarted your phone for some reason. When the phone restarts, it's locked. The message is informing you the phone was restarted and you will not get notifications until you unlock it.
