Galaxy S25I think it egregious that Samsung decided to switch financing companies and did not include in the agreement with the new company that all outstanding credits to users should be included. I mean, essentially, Samsung gave the credit, not the finance company, so Samsung should honor it. I don't think they are allowed to steal your money. I don't know, maybe they sent out a notice that was ignored about switching financing companies and telling people they should use up any outstanding credits, but I doubt it, as many people seem to have been taken by surprise at the switcheroo when they went to make a new purchase (but that could mean they just didn't read the notice either).
