Same here, I believe it's supposed to show your credit on the next page when selecting your accessories though. I didn't even show anything there either

Congratulations on your purchase. At least that stress is over until when you need to return your trade in. You will get notified of a pending shipping label when you receive your new device. You will box it and do it carefully. Take pics and video of your packing process and then send. Then you will have sleepless nights and nightmares of being told your box is empty and you need to pay them $$$$. It doesn't happen and more times than you think!
