Galaxy WatchI have both an Active2 and an Active4, and I could swear that upon first setting up each of them I was asked which arm I wore the watch on and what side the buttons were on. You might need to do a factory reset or a re-pair with the Wearable app to make this option appear though, and that might be too painful for you - or do a backup first then go for it
