Cannot transfer call from watch 6 to s23 ultra phone

Most of the time the three dots on the watch 6 do not come up that allows you to transfer the call from the watch to the phone.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy watch 6 missing the dots to transfer calls to your phone and I would be happy to look into this further for you. In order to make sure this isn't a software symptom, I would first recommend resetting your Galaxy watch. Please make sure you watch has been back up prior to resetting, and to test your device prior to restoring from back up. This will allow us to rule out any software symptoms that may be in the backed up software.
