I am a Galaxy watch5 pro user, but I realized both the timer and media popups overlap each other on the bottom when when I want to access either, and the media controller tile takes a bit more effort to get to sometimes, so I suggest taking one of the two pop ups and make that pop up accessible in more detail by scrolling up once or scrolling left once.
If it becomes accessible by scrolling up once, the quick panel can be accessed by scrolling up twice. If it becomes accessible by scrolling left once, the notifications can be accessed by scrolling left twice.
