I think with the energy score that it should consider women's monthly changes. Our menstrual cycles play a major part in how our body operates and even uptick and changes to our heart rate. This needs to be considered to accurately provide an energy score for women. Also, I understand it's a sleep time and is supposed to be connected to the circadic Rhythm but most people have bed times based off of their day to day. I don't think it's fair that it should be linked to that because most people are not going to bed between 11:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m..
