GW7 trouble adding music

It looks like they download then, list of tracks on watch is empty.....

And it won't create GW7 backup......

You add tracks from your phone from the wearable app in watch settings on the app 👌🏾

That's what I'm trying to do. I did smart switch from GW6 to include songs. I'll reset and do over

What app did you download the music from that you are trying to add to your watch?
