Hi all, my GWC4 screen just went out on me. Not out, but turned brown and I cannot shut it off to see if it just needed a refresh or a reboot. Any ideas on how to fix this? I also noticed that the sensor lights underneath are not functioning either.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand our concern with the watch screen turning brown, and I would be happy to look into this further for you.

The first thing I would recommend would be resetting the watch. This will take the watch back to factory default settings. This also helps to resolve some minor symptoms you may be experiencing. I also would recommend not restoring from backup as it may include something that is causing the green tint on the screen. Try to hold both buttons in for a few and see what happens

This could be indicative of some type of hardware damage. When specifically did this first occur?
