Galaxy Watch 4 --> Missing Heart Rate Icon from Samsung Health Workout Menu after Update to R870XXU1HWH3

Hi there,

I have a Galaxy Watch 4 and recently updated to R870XXU1HWH3 With One UI Version 5.0. I want to know why one of the most important features of Samsung Health which indicates the heart rate before starting running or training has been missed from the Workout Menu.
The GPS signal is shown correctly and blinking till connected.

During the workout, you can scroll down on the workout screen to see your current heart rate.
