Galaxy WatchI had this problem today. I solved it by going into Galaxy Wearable on the phone and changing the watch face to the one I typically use.

Galaxy WatchMy Galaxy Watch 5 (FL5E) Model SM-R900 is stuck in "SOS Emergency Call Mode". It is not connected to any cellphone service, I cannot get it to show the normal watch face. What steps do I have to take on my phone or watch to get it to work?

Galaxy WatchHi there, I faced the same problem with the screen freeze with emergency call. This is my method to resolve the issue. Make sure your galaxy watch is connected to your phone then via wearable app, select the watch face that you want. Once the watch face is selected, your watch will go back to normal. I assume this is a bug that stuck the watch at emergency screen once it reached low battery threshold.

Galaxy WatchThis SOS screen bug happened to me today. I fixed it using the method described above to switch watch faces via the Wear app on the connected phone; I selected another face and then went right back to my normal choice.
It occurred at some point after I selected to update both the Samsung Health and Samsung Health Monitor apps. Not sure if one or both of those was the cause, but that's the only thing of note. I did not have a low battery or anything, in fact, I had pulled it off the charger at some point prior to this, with about 75%.
