I use the Samsung Health app on my Galaxy Watch Ultra, and I noticed that my heart rate remains elevated during rest phases of my workout routines after exertion (150ās bpm) and doesnāt correctly reflect my resting heart rate (60ās bpm). What fixes this issue is running an oxygen saturation measurement, which seems to reset the heart rate sensors (in my opinion).
