Galaxy WatchI just bought the Galaxy watch Ultra to replace my Galaxy Watch 4. I bought the watch from Best Buy. I have worked for 3 days with AT&T to get the wearable mobile plan activated on this watch. The Galaxy Watch Ultra will not activate the mobile plan. It is not downloading the eSIM because it won't connect to the AT&T network. I have the LTE version. Is anyone else having this problem?

Galaxy WatchThank you. I took the watch back to the store, got a completely new watch and went to an AT&T location. They got the new one connected on a completely new line and I had to cancel my old line. Never figured out what the problem was. But I have the watch activated.

Galaxy WatchI did. I worked with their support representative. They have added my IMEI and EID of the watch. The eSIM for my watch and its specific IMEI is generated and supposedly ready to be activated. I wish I could do it directly from the watch. My phone isn't doing what any of the videos show. But I don't see anyone on activating their watch on AT&T on any you tube videos.
