I got a replacement watch from Samsung its been great but recently I'm having a problem I had with my previous model. I to keep turning on phone calls for the watch it the Bluetooth settings on my phone. I guess when go too far from my phone and Bluetooth disconnects and reconnects it doesn't turn on by itself. It's annoying cause I can't answer calls on my watch unless I manually turn calls back on. My phone is a Note 20 ultra

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your watch losing connection and the Bluetooth call setting not turning back on. I would be happy to look into this further for you. First thing I would recommend is resetting your network settings. Go to settings > general management > reset > reset network settings. Please know this will delete any saved Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings.

The next step would be to test your device in safe mode. If your phone or tablet is misbehaving, it's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe mode feature. In Safe mode, your device won't run any third-party apps. Please know this won't allow you to use the wearables app, but you will be able to connect your phone via Bluetooth settings to verify if the watch toggles the switch off when walking away from the phone. Give this link a try for steps to put your device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

Another troubleshooting step would be to try to connect your watch to another phone to see if you experience similar symptoms.

If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.

Go into the Wearable app and go into the watch notification settings and ensure the 'Phone' app is toggled on.
