Galaxy watch 46mm not connecting to mobile data

Whenever I try to connect to mobile data, the button itself is not available. See the picture below.

I turned off and on the mobile plan, then it started working for a couple of minutes, but as soon I turned off the Bluetooth on my phone and disconnected from the watch, the button was unavailable again.

And yes, I have also tried turning the watch itself on and off with no difference.

So the solution was to go in the settings in the watch

-> Settings -> Connections -> Mobile Networks -> Auto -->> OFF!

Apparently this is a common problem. When you're connected via Bluetooth, check to see if you have mobile data on "auto." If the problem persists your best bet is to call support and have them reset it on their end.

So the solution was to go in the settings in the watch

-> Settings -> Connections -> Mobile Networks -> Auto -->> OFF!
