What do you mean, not the same? The Wearable app should be the same for all watches, the Watch Manager may not be. What version of each do you have? There shouldn't be much difference between the Wearable app interface itself, but some settings between watch versions would, naturally, be different.
You can check by going to the Wearable app, tapping the bubble with the two circles and two squares then tapping the 3-dot menu and selecting settings/about Galaxy Wearable. It should look like this:
If you don't see the bubble, you may not have the latest version of the Wearable app and you need to go to the Galaxy store to see if there's an update. I see the store is showing a new version number, but the old interface in the images, so either they decided that everyone hates that bubble and went back to the old interface, or they are just using the old images.
Did you uninstall the Wearable app before connecting your new watch? You should have been able to just add the new watch to your current Wearable app without doing that. Many people have multiple watches all connected to the same app.
