I did not receive the green sports band that I ordered with my galaxy watch 7. I received the free fabric band from the promo in the box with my watch, but no green sports band. I have been reading that this has been and issue with quite a few people. I have reached out 3 times now to customer service and the first time I was told I would receive a promo code and it was denied later via email from Samsung. 2nd time I was told it would be taken care of and I would receive a promo code for the band that evening. Still nothing. Now the third time and I was told the same. I should receive a promo code. Still nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous and I should not have to go through this just to receive the band I actually chose for my watch and not the freebie. Samsung, you need to make this right for myself and many others.
