Galaxy watch 7 ultra not wireless charging?

The GW7 Ultra won't wireless charge using my s24 ultra. SOOOOO..... $2000 worth of Samsung products and they don't work properly? This is not good. Anyone else having the same problem?

You can plug the USB-C charging puck that came with the Watch Ultra and plug it into the bottom of your S24 Ultra, and it will charge the Watch Ultra. You can also wirelessly charge your S24 Ultra at the same time.

Its not the phone, its the watch, the phone would charge a 6 or lower

Are you talking about the Watch7 or Watch Ultra? Watch7 Ultra isn't a product. They are two separate devices. Please distinguish the product you need help with. It's like saying Galaxy Watch 7 SE, not a thing.
