Galaxy WatchMy watch's touchscreen stopped responding a few days back. I got this november 2018 and it was working fine until a few days ago. What do I do ?

Galaxy WatchThis stupid.
The problem is "TOUCH SCREEN is not working". Then your troubleshooting guide is to "TAP power off button". Do you understand that the 'tap or touch scree" is not working!

Galaxy WatchIf you hold down the button from the bottom for more then 7 sec, the watch will restart.
After all this, everything was back to normal

Galaxy WatchYou didn't read correctly.....
Press and hold the BOTTOM SIDE BUTTON for 7 seconds and it will reboot the watch. You can't touch the screen because ita not working. Press and hold the BUTTON.
