Just purchased a Ultra watch, trying to calibrate ECG function but keeps saying set permission in Samsung health monitor and will not get out of this loop even if i restart my phone. On watch all permissions are enabled. How do I proceed?
As far as I recall you do not have to calibrate the ECG. You would have to calibrate the BP monitor with a cuff. Since the BP function is not approved or operational in the U.S. that could be why you are in this loop. It shouldn't even be an option in the Health Monitor app at this point. Unless you are not in the U.S. and don't have a U.S version of the watch and/or phone.
