It acts like it's going to connect. Been through that screen about 100 times. Software all updates, apps all updated, turned on / off, reset watch, cleared catches, installed / uninstall what's else is left to do. Contacted Samsung and told me i had to go to a brick store for help.
You have to be wearing it. Needs to be fully charged. Erase the manger7 app and unpair. Download the software and agree to everything. The watch needs to be reset and on the setup screen
