No, stable Watch Ui6 release anytime soon. Seems there will be an 8th Beta release soon, released in South Korea yesterday. 

Is this normal for a Watch Beta, 8 updates?

They are still running betas? The watch ultra been out now for months. Shouldn't that stable version should have been done. Samsung really falling behind these days
