Hanging up a call made from Watch 7

I have a new Galaxy Watch7, Bluetooth/ Wi-Fi connected to my S23 phone. When I make a call using my watch, I have no red hang up button appear on the watch to end the call. Is there something in settings I need to change? My wife's watch7 shows a hang up button when she makes a call, why doesn't mine?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with not having the red hang up button on your watch when making calls from your watch. After testing on our device, I also have the red hang up button on my watch. Does this happen with all calls or specific contacts?

 

Have you tried clearing the cache for the wearables app?

 

Has this happened since you got the watch or since a recent update?

I don't know how to clear the cache on the wearable app. The problem occurs with all calls, and has occurred since I obtained an connected the watch to my phone.

Thank you for that information. I would recommend resetting you watch as this will take it back to factory defaults. Please remember to make sure you watch is backed up prior to resetting the watch. I would recommend testing your watch after the reset prior to restoring your watch from backup. This will allow us to determine if it was software causing your symptoms.
