i just noticed on the most recent update for the Galaxy watch that it states you can now set up heart rate alerts to notify you if your heart rate is low or high.. depending on what specifications you choose. However I don't see where you can even set this up? does anyone know how to do that?

also. I didnt know during exercise my heart rate was reaching 250 cause I didnt have continuous turned on. let me set a warning so during exercise I will get a notice to take it down. I dont read heart rate while I'm exercising in the moment. warn me.

I've wanted to do the same thing.

I've also found that the heart rate measurements during continuous mode can be extreemely inaccurate. I've seen it report mine at ~200 and I take my pulse manually and there's absolutely no way my heart is beating 3 times/second.  I just don't think you can trust this measurement during exercise.
