On my Galaxy Watch 6 when I installed the Google Calendar app the calendar complication on the watch face Tomcat used to ask me " how do you want to complete this action" & would let me pick the Google calendar or Samsung.

Galaxy WatchFrankly, if your two calendars are synced, it does not matter which calendar your complete your action with. You can view and add your events by opening either calendar on either device, so there is really no reason to choose a default.
I just make sure I don't get duplicate notifications, by turning off notifications for the one I don't want.

Well I don't use that particular watch complication, and I don't typically add to my calendar from the watch, but I can only add from the watch by opening one of the calendar apps directly, otherwise it's read only.
